Delegates of the National Assembly of Hanoi met voters in Thanh Oai and Ha Dong districts before the 4th Session.
On the morning of September 30, the delegation of Hanoi city, constituency No. 6 had a meeting with voters in Thanh Oai district before the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly. The National Assembly deputies presiding over the meeting with voters include: Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son; Chairman of the Members' Council of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam Pham Duc An; Deputy Chairman of the Judiciary Committee of the National Assembly Do Duc Hong Ha.

On behalf of the National Assembly deputies of constituency 6, Minister Nguyen Kim Son recorded and received the voters' suggestions to transfer to the responsible functional units for answers and handling.
The Minister said that it is expected that at the 4th session, the National Assembly will consider and approve 7 Law projects and 3 draft resolutions; giving opinions on 7 law projects; reviewing reports on socio-economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues… Of which, two laws with great impacts on people's lives and social life were approved by the Ministry of Finance. The chief emphasized the Law on Land (amended), Law on Bidding (amended). As for comments related to education, Minister Nguyen Kim Son directly responded to voters. In which, the Minister emphasized that education - training is in a transition period; As stated in Resolution 29, it is a fundamental and comprehensive innovation. For general education, the whole sector is implementing the 2018 General Education Program. This is a major policy of the Party and the National Assembly; Directed by the National Assembly through Resolution No. 88, Resolution No. 51 and the Government's plan to assign the Ministry of Education and Training as the focal point, provinces/cities directly implement in the area.
Affirming that one program, many sets of textbooks is a big policy, the Minister shared the difference compared to the past: The program was compiled in detail and used as a support for teachers to teach - study, exam; Textbooks are only documents and materials to help teachers implement the program. Different in nature from before, the program is a framework, and the textbook is the legal foundation that teachers must follow and students must follow. Deploying the new program, experienced and qualified teachers will be relatively convenient, but some teachers also find it difficult. Therefore, according to the Minister, the policy of the Ministry of Education and Training is to promote well-adapted teachers and support those who are still in difficulty. In fact, implementing the last year of grade 1 and grade 2, many teachers are very excited. In the surveys, teachers also noted the extreme innovations of the program.
Expressing his gratitude and recognizing the opinions of voters, the Minister wished to continue to receive the consensus and coordination of all people with the Education sector.
